Resolved - The stricter charge amount enforcement mentioned in the April newsletter (https://github.com/vippsas/vipps-developers/blob/master/newsletters/2022-04-newsletter.md#recurring-charge-changes) was enabled Tuesday September 13th.
Due to the number of rejected charges, we have now disabled this and the “old rules” are back in action. If you have encountered problems creating charges since Tuesday, you should try again now.
